There is no satisfactory way to draw any molecular reactions in non-fixed-width fonts. Suffice to say that you place the three C=C double bonds in a hexagon with the rest pointing away, then start to flip the double bonds around (clockwise or counter clockwise, doesn't matter) so you get five single bonds and a double bond between the former two double bonds of the hexadienol.
The mass of the hexadienol is 120 uL * 0.871 g/ml (in mg).
To get the moles, divide by the molar mass (in g/mol), giving you a result in millimoles.
The hexadienol has the sum formula C6OH10. Depending on the demanded accuracy, this makes the molar mass 6*12 g/mol + 16 g/mol +10*1 g/mol = 98 g/mol.
Wikipedia gives you all the facts for maleic anhydride. Calculate the millimoles by dividing the 100 mg by the molar mass.
For calculating the theoretical yield, take the lower of the two moles, and multiply with the molar mass of the product (the sum of the educts).
Actual yield will differ. When melting the hexadienol first, you are likely to get a lower density. Probably better to weigh the result of the pipetting rather than rely on the theoretical calculation above, after all you already tared the beaker before. Recalculate the moles for the actual mass.
You can make your life a bit easier by getting the mass of your stirring spatula, and weigh both beaker and spatula with the product. Since there are evaporations to be expected, the mass at the end of the experiment ought to be the same as at the start. A rise in mass will indicate that atmospheric water was attracted. A loss of mass will indicate a decarboxylation reaction.
Expect the melting point to deviate from the value in literature – you have no cleaning step in your experiment, so any unreacted educt will remain in the mixture.

Depends what your question is, even if you found a number for a department that answered quickly, if they couldn't answer it then they would have to transfer you and you would just end up queuing twice.
