I have installed these for customer’s who found them online and bought them themselves. I can’t say for sure I know they work but I can say they every one has unused electric that goes back on your neutral side or to ground. I can’t say i’m sold on these unit’s but it does make sense if it grab’s the power going back . The few I did install I did test as I turned on the unit and did see very small drop in amp’s. That can vary depending on load and what is on.

Ya I guess it would, but who cares? Why would that be something to research? You are using natural energy to produce electricity, wind power is one of the most cleanest and most efficient if in the right location, the only downfall would be it's an eye sore to look at.

“Foodservice managers find that when trays are eliminated from all-you-can-eat dining halls, diners take less food and therefore waste less. In a study released this summer, Philadelphia-based Aramark Higher Education reported that schools saw a 25 percent to 30 percent drop in food waste per person when trays were removed.” This would be a very interesting experiment for the Google cafes.

some areas do not consider heat/light electric essential during..warm weather..

you need to learn your local "landlord/tenant branch rights"
it should be posted online and your rights..

i would send you the link if you had even specified an area..

so you simply do a "search" typing in your state and "landlord/tenant act"
and a few sites should come up..

and don't be surprised if…this is not considered essential and the months posted for "utilities" to be essential
