La mayoría del trabajo SERA fuera del aula y en los parques nacionales. ALGUnos de los parques nacionales que mi grupo visitará son Mount Cook, Fjordland, y Paparoa. Además caminaremos POR el Glaciar de Fox y navegaremos en kayak en Abel Tasman. Finalmente, el viaje incluye un baño con los delfines y la observación de ballenas. Para la semana final, voy a ir a Sydney, Australia por tres créditos MAS. La semana es un paseo educativo para explorar e integrar las perspectivas antropológicas y ambientales de la sostenibilidad en Sydney. They actually had the audacity to recently raise gas prices!! My final visit to a BP station was two days ago. This is the only way to force them and their competitors to lower prices. The GREEDY oil companies CONTRIBUTED SIGNIFICANTLY to the recession with their high gas prices. When BP has no choice but to lower their prices, so will the other greedy oil companies! It's a domino effect that can only work if we ALL BOYCOT BP!! I just decided to BOYCOTT BP! They actually had the audacity to recently raise gas prices!! Safflower, Sunflower, Corn, Soy and Cottonseed oils are poly-unsaturated fats. These all lower total cholesterol and LDL (bad cholesterol). If I remember correctly, the mono-unsaturated fats not only lower total cholesterol and LDL, they also raise HDL (good cholesterol). The Canola oil has the least flavor if you don't want the flavor of the oil to be noticeable in what you are preparing - like a salad dressing. Olive oil has a flavor - medium to strong depending on the strength of the olive oil. Any oil that is used for deep fat frying - every time it is heated, will gain more and more trans fats from the heat. So if you want to eat something fried in a restaurant, you'll get less trans fats if your order is in the first use of the oil. Hope that helps.
