most of the ones with a flue are enclosed so they need a way for the gases to escape. Open flames like on cooktops etc have plenty of ventilation to prevent dangerous gas build up.

Technically they don’t spin, they move randomly across/throughout an atom but for visual purposes they are usually shown orbiting in oval patterns. Protons are at the nucleus of the atom and electrons “orbit” in shells around the nucleus like layers on an onion.Although electrons are attracted to the protons, the distance between the nearest electrons to the nucleus is enormous.Since like charges repel, electrons in the other shells aren’t as “attractive” as those in the inner,,,

Hard to say, though I think any sensible candidate will avoid making a promise on gas prices which may be impossible to keep if elected.. If enough people are incensed by this, maybe people who would not normally vote will be motivated to do so, which is a good thing in itself.

:( (( I couldn’t hear much of it…but here is what I saw – a police officer telling a woman to stop resisting who did not appear to me to be resisting, but asking questions. She did appear to be inebriated, but not aggressive or resistant. If she was being arrested for being drunk (after driving into the concrete barrier), that -in and of itself- is within the law. However, the excessive force by the police officer to a person (male or female, gay or straight irrespective) is clear when he slung her around and her face ended up being slammed into said concrete barrier…if that action can be shown to be related to sexual orientation, then the police officer needs to lose his badge and privileges. Period.

Yes. If you don't have anything out there, they could become dehydrated, which I don't think you want to do. It's kinda like you going outside for lets say 7 hours and not being allowed to drink. See what I mean now?

You should be able to get information from a home health care provider on how to get assistance from the government and be able to get appliances, etc. free or for little money. If you call a home health care company, you can just get the informaiton to the goverment offices that help with this sort of thing. My neighbor did this and got a new fridge free because her social security wouldn't cover it but she was able to get what she needed for free. Good Luck.

Analysts fear that UK economic growth will slow from its already modest 0.4% rate following December’s disastrous retail spending performance Retail sales had their worst December on record as snow and high food and fuel prices deterred shoppers. Here is what economists made of the figures. Hetal Mehta, UK economist, Daiwa Capital Markets These are hugely disappointing figures. Of course some fall in retail sales was to be expected given the disruption caused by the snow, but the extent of the fall suggests there is more to it than just poor weather deterring consumers. We now know just how high inflation was in December, and that would have added to the squeeze on households, offsetting any spending brought forward ahead of the VAT hike. It appears that the belt-tightening started a little earlier than expected. The wider economy may see some of the economic output lost due to the weather being recovered in Q1 this year. But inevitably some output, and hence expenditure, will be lost…
