Commercial Wind Turbines are placed at high wind spots called “Wind Farms” so their large blades can pick the wind up and rotate, generating an environmentally sound electricity option.
Residential Wind Turbine Electricity Installations can produce anything from 450-2000 watts of power depending on Wind Speed, Model and Efficiency.
Luckily, Wind Power Cost and Investment is not very high if you look in the right places!

I can't tackle your detailed questions. Basically it is so that the issues of storage have been around for a while now, so it will certainly be factored into the costs.
